UK STANDARD DELIVERY
Delivery on smaller items such as greetings cards, prints and small notebooks is charged at a flat rate of £1.45. Delivery for larger items such as baubles or personalised products is charged at a flat rate of £2.95. Delivery for LuxeBox products is charged at a flat rate of £3.75.
Unless otherwise stated on the product description, we aim to dispatch your order within 3-5 working days. For products that are made to order or personalised, please allow up to 7 working days for dispatch.
As standard we use Royal Mail 2nd Class service which has a 2-3 day delivery estimate. Higher value items may be sent via a courier so please ensure that your delivery address is set to where someone will be able to sign for your goods.
UK express DELIVERY
Express delivery is charged at a flat rate of £6.95 for the UK.
This delivery option is a next day delivery service however, the turnaround times for individual products still apply so delivery would be the next working day from dispatch.
As an example, our personalised pouches have up to a 5 working day turnaround time, so delivery would be made the day after dispatch which could take up to 5 working days.
express delivery will use a signed for service so please ensure that your delivery address is set to where someone will be able to sign for your goods.
We deliver anywhere else in the world costing from £7.95. Delivery charges will depend upon the weight of your order and will be calculated at the checkout. Please note you are responsible for any duties or taxes that may be applicable.
Delivery to Europe will usually be made within 7 working days of dispatch and delivery to the rest of the world will usually be made within 14 working days of dispatch using Royal Mail's International Airmail Service. Please note this is not a tracked service.
If you need something in a hurry, please get in touch with the studio to see if we can get it to you in time. We will always try to prioritise orders if you need them quickly!
We of course hope that you are thrilled with your Studio Seed product. However, if for some reason you are unhappy with an item you have recieved, please contact us at email@example.com to discuss the problem and we will do our best to make it right for you and/or arrange for you to return it.
Returns must be made within 12 days of being delivered and returns will only be accepted on products that are undamaged and in their original packaging.
Please note that personalised products are non-returnable unless faulty.
